CHARLES ROUSSEAU, ENGINEER & PARTNER
A trained engineer, Charles Rousseau co-founded the company in October 2008 and has since provided joint executive leadership with Thierry Gautrin Molotchnikoff.
Charles Rousseau is an expert in automated manufacturing, artificial intelligence and water management engineering. Passionate, creative and meticulous, he excels in analysis, design and 3D modeling projects.
Successively, his career path led him to assume project engineer positions with such companies as BMST Richelieu, Solution Technologique Optimum, Dagua and Rousseau-Salvas.
Charles Rousseau distinguished himself in the CQI and CCI Engineering Contests. He also received the Exhibition Award and the Problem Solving Award.
THIERRY GAUTRIN MOLOTCHNIKOFF, ENGINEER & PARTNER
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Thierry Gautrin Molotchnikoff co-founded the company in October 2008 and has since provided joint executive leadership with Charles Rousseau.
Thierry Gautrin Molotchnikoff is an expert Master Brewer (Institute of Brewing and Distilling – UK). Honest, efficient and methodical, his outstanding leadership is recognized as plant and engineering manager.
Successively, his career path led him to assume project engineer as well as plant and engineering manager positions with such companies as Structal, Canam Manac (Washington DC), Labatt Brewery and Les Brasseurs du Nord (Boréale).
Thierry Gautrin Molotchnikoff won First Prize for Presentation in the Canadian Engineering Competition (1996), Second Prize in the Quebec Engineering Competition, Solving of Industrial Problems’ section (1996), First Prize in the Quebec Engineering Competition, Solving of Industrial Problems’ section (1997) and finally a CNRS Bursary (1998) for an internship in France.
